About the project
We were approached by TerraLeads with a request to organise and host a large-scale party to celebrate the finale of Cash Rally, which lasted a whole year. We were delighted to take on this ambitious task. There was plenty of music, alcohol and hookahs. You can find out more below!

Drafting
- Determined the audience and objective of the event.
- Coordinated the concept of the event.
- Allocated tasks to the team and set deadlines for each stage.
- Scheduled an advertising budget and identified channels for promotion.
Design
The design team analysed the terms of reference and produced the initial layout options. We coordinated the choice with the client and the headliners of the party, and subsequently presented the final website design.
Studied the style guide, found references and drafted the structure of the site.
Several design options were worked out and agreed with the client.
Operational follow-up: introduced corrections due to force majeure.
The photo flow from the client's previous events was included to further ignite the audience's interest.
Performed QA, optimisation and installation of analytics on the site.
Organisation
- The site was approved, but after viewing it, we urgently decided to seek another location. It was promptly found and agreed upon.
- The theme of the event and the decor were defined, which included the decoration of the photo zone, tables and the overall space.
- Compiled a detailed plan for the evening and included time buffers for each stage.
- Negotiated the stars' riders and optimised them to save the client funds. On-site accommodation and security for the performers were also organised.
- Arrangements were made for the male staff to depart from Ukraine by submitting a request to the Ministry of Culture.
- Coordinated the participation of the performers, the host and other participants, made an advance payment and organised their arrival.
- Organised catering and thought everything out so that there would be no queues or long waits for orders at the bar.
- The hookah catering was organised and brought in from Poland, as Budapest could not sufficiently satisfy the event's needs.
- Arranged technical support for the evening: zoning, security, crew to manage the sound and broadcast.
- Arrangements have been made for a photographer and videographer.
Day of the event
The main prize, amounting to $100,000, was fully organised and administered in accordance with the relevant regulations. Each participant was provided with a lottery ticket at the entrance, which they then threw into the lototron. Furthermore, a live broadcast was prepared for those who were unable to attend the event in person.
